Motor Vehicle Misconduct Enforcement Reform

When your gun is used for illegal and/or malicious means, your gun is confiscated and you may be held liable for the results.

When you use your own vehicle for illegal and/or malicious means, you cannot face any repurcussions unless the police directly witness that misconduct AND you, yourself, are proven to have been operating the vehicle. Barring these two qualifiers, you are literallly free to do whatever you’d like.

This is obviously a terrible double-standard, partially dependent on the assumption that motor vehicles… aren’t weapons.
